Courtney Kerr currently serves as Communications Manager at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership since January 2025. Previously, Courtney held the position of Marketing Manager at Upper Hand from August 2020 to January 2025, managing daily marketing activities and leading an organic SEO strategy that resulted in over 100 new landing pages. Courtney began at Upper Hand as a Communications Specialist, focusing on amplifying the brand's voice and developing media relationships. Early career experiences include roles as a Marketing Intern at DMI, Design Lab Intern at High Point University, and various event-related internships. Courtney holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Event Management, both from High Point University, alongside an Academic Honors Diploma from Avon High School.
