Thanaporn Chantrapisit has a work experience in talent acquisition, executive recruitment, and consulting. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower Thailand. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Team Leader for Executive Recruitment Service at Manpower Professional & Executive Recruitment, Thailand. Since 2015, they have been working at Central Group as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Corporate Units, where they handle talent acquisition for various business groups and develop strategic talent sourcing and assessment tools.

Thanaporn Chantrapisit obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities, with a major in Business English, from The University of The Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) in Bangkok, Thailand. Thanaporn graduated with first-class honors and achieved a GPAX of 3.75. Their field of study was Business English.
