Goncalo Silva is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at Celtic Manor Resort since April 2021. Prior to this role, Goncalo held the position of Junior Sous Chef at Bistrot Pierre from August 2020 to March 2022 and Chef De Partie at Celtic Manor Resort from September 2019 to August 2020. Additional experience includes positions as Demi Chef at Happy Friday Kitchen, Line Chef at Shoulder of Mutton, Cozinheiro 2 at Iberostar, and Cozinheiro 3 at Palácio Estoril Hotel Golf & Spa, where responsibilities included buffet assembly, room service, and catering.
