Steven Downey has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Project Superintendent at Hutton since May 2019 and as Site Manager at Catalyst Construction since June 2018, a company renowned for its growth in southeastern Wisconsin's construction market. Prior to these roles, Steven was Operations Manager at Armstrong General Contracting from February 2017 to March 2018, focusing on policy development and operational efficiency. As the Owner/Operator of Downey Construction LLC from April 2004 to January 2017, Steven managed a range of commercial and residential projects. Additionally, Steven was a Senior Project Manager at Teng Construction from March 2000 to April 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing design-build projects and managing project budgets and subcontractor bids. Steven completed education at Reavis High School from 1976 to 1980.
