Allen Gindler is a Senior Database Administrator and Cryptography Key Officer at The Casey Group since January 1999. Prior to that position, Allen was a Senior Programmer Analyst/Consultant at CCH Legal Information Services/CT Corporation and PRUDENTIAL MUTUAL FUND SERVICES. Additionally, Allen was a Lecturer at Khmelnitsky National University, where Allen taught courses in "Economic Cybernetics", "Computer-Aided Standard Data Development", and "Computer-Aided Work Design". Allen holds a PhD in Econometrics from Khmelnitsky National University and a MS in Industrial Engineering and Econometrics from Khmelnitsky Technological University. Allen's achievements include developing and implementing a "Just-in-Time" system for the Electromechanical enterprise "Kation" in Ukraine, for which Allen received an Award and Certificate of Implementation.
