Sam Seo is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate in Infrastructure Credit at The Carlyle Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sam held an Associate position in Energy & Infrastructure Private Equity at ArcLight Capital Partners from September 2022 to July 2024. Sam began the career as an Analyst in Infrastructure and Power Finance at Nomura from July 2021 to August 2022, following a Summer Analyst position at the same firm in Global Markets during the summer of 2020. Additionally, Sam gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Core Asset Management, focusing on Pre-IPO and Mezzanine investments in the Bio and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors in the summer of 2019. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Analytics from Boston College, completed in 2021, and graduated from Suffield Academy in 2017, having attended Stanford University's High School Summer College in 2015.
