Kisha Salters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Principal and Global Head of Performance at The Carlyle Group since June 2011. Kisha leads key global talent management processes, fostering a meritocratic culture and enhancing performance management practices. Previous roles at Carlyle include Vice President of Talent Management and Associate Vice President of Change Management, where Kisha successfully implemented various strategic initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs. Prior to Carlyle, Kisha held impactful positions at Touchstone, Orizon, Inc., and Accenture, focusing on change management and learning development. Kisha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from New York University.
