Joan (Eisleben) McCabe is an experienced professional with a strong background in governance and management. McCabe currently serves as an Independent Trustee for the Carlyle Tactical Private Credit Fund and as a Board Member at Elevation Brands, focusing on product and growth strategies. As Board Chair at Gulfstream Goodwill Industries since 2021, McCabe has restructured the board and executive team while building a new governance program. In addition, McCabe has held the position of Board Secretary and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committees at Goodwill Industries International. McCabe is also the Founder and CEO of Lipotriad LLC. Educationally, McCabe holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School, completed between September 1979 and June 1981.
