Harsh S. is a Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group since August 2023, working on Private Equity Co-Investments. Previously, Harsh served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank from July 2021 to August 2023 and as an Investment Associate at Front Row Ventures, a student-run venture capital fund in Canada, from March 2020 to June 2021. Roles also include Co President of the Ivey Private Capital Club, an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Barclays in July 2020, Managing Director of the Western Management Club, and Venture Capital Summer Analyst at Trellis Capital Corporation in summer 2019. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science from Western University and studied at Ivey Business School from 2019 to 2021, alongside completing the Math and Computer Science enriched program at William Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute.
