Becca Ford currently serves as a Solutions Consultant at Empower Community Care, Orbis Partners, and Carey Group, all roles held since June 2023. Becca Ford holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Midwestern State University, attained in December 2005, as well as a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Certification in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship from Lamar University.
