Benjamin Howell, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR processes, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Car Park since August 2021, Benjamin previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at The Budd Group, where responsibilities included HR process improvement, employee issue resolution, and new hire orientation coordination. Earlier experiences include positions as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Preiss and a Customer Service Representative at Conduent. Benjamin is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at East Carolina University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the same institution.
