Carol Parry Fox is the principal officer and founder of Corporate Responsibility Associates — a boutique consulting firm — and has assisted financial services and philanthropic clients with the creation and enhancement of community development and community investment efforts.
Prior to establishing her firm, Carol led the Community Development Group at Chase Manhattan Bank for 8 years and served as the chair of the Federal Reserve Consumer Advisory Board Bank Regulations Committee. In 1999, she was nominated by President Clinton to be the member of the Federal Reserve Board because of her leadership in the community development and community reinvestment arena. She has served on the boards of many community development organizations, including Clearinghouse CDFI in California, the Arizona Community Foundation and also chaired the Arizona State Housing Finance Authority.
