Nichole Herman has extensive experience in finance and operations. With a background in accounting, Nichole has held various leadership roles in companies such as Platform Calgary, Robots and Pencils, and MDG Contracting Services Inc. Nichole has a proven track record of improving business performance, overseeing budgets, and implementing strategic financial initiatives. Herman is currently serving as the Director of Finance at The Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth, supporting immigrant and refugee youth and their families in Canada.
