Thao P. currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at The Butcher's Daughter since November 2022, and holds the position of Co-Founder at Tóp Tép since February 2019. Thao P. previously worked as the General Manager for Intent to Dine from January 2022 to January 2023, and held multiple roles at The Waterfront Venice, including Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Operation Manager, where initiatives led to revenue growth and operational improvements during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes roles in customer success and digital content management at HireClub and Project by Project, respectively, as well as various sales positions, including Sales Development Representative at LumApps and Event Sales Manager at Bhaya Group. Thao P. attained a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
