Deena Cilien has extensive work experience in the field of physical therapy, specifically in pediatric neurology. Deena currently works at YOUTH'N ACTION, LLC as a Pediatric Physical Therapist specializing in neurology. Deena also holds the same position at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Prior to their current roles, Deena worked as a Research Associate 2 at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis from 2009 to 2016. Overall, their experience spans over a decade in research and clinical practice in the field of pediatric physical therapy.

Deena Cilien completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the University of Florida from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy/Therapist at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
