Jake Morgal is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in project management and facility operations. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at The Building People since February 2020, Jake has contributed to the development of reports and managed project deliverables across 28 Federal Government Contracts. Previous roles include Facilities Service Technician at JLL, where Jake provided facility management for a 2 million square foot space, and Contents Technician at Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling. Jake also gained experience in event management and customer service at ClubCorp, achieving recognition as Employee of the Month multiple times. Early career roles included outdoor lighting design and marketing at Enlightened Lighting, and product marketing at Sterling Lighting. Jake's foundational experiences began as a Grade 8 Soccer Referee with the Virginia Soccer Association.
