Kavya Shrivastava is a seasoned professional in property management and consultancy, currently serving as a Commercial Advisor at The Building Intelligence Group since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as National Property Portfolio Manager at Fire and Emergency NZ and Senior Property Consultant at WSP, where Kavya also held the position of Intermediate Property Consultant. Additionally, Kavya contributed to IPANZ as both New Professionals Convenor and Board Member from 2019 to 2022. Previous experience includes positions as Portfolio Manager and Advisor, Crown Property at Land Information New Zealand, as well as serving as a Grants Officer at the New Zealand Ministry of Justice. Kavya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Victoria University of Wellington, specializing in Economics, International Business, and Marketing. Educational background includes attendance at Wellington Girls' College.
