Jordan Iannuzzelli has extensive experience in audience operations and business development, currently serving as an Audience Operations Analyst and previously as Community Publications Director of Business Development at The Buffalo News since November 2005. Responsibilities have included supervising customer service teams, enhancing retail sales, developing corporate partnerships, and integrating social media into customer service. Prior to this, Jordan worked at GEICO from September 2010 to September 2012, where training and quality improvement for sales agents were key focuses. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Buffalo State University, obtained in 2005.
