Harris previously operated J E Harris Consulting from March 2015 to December 2023, providing event management and strategic planning for nonprofits. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President & COO/Chief of Staff at the San Diego County Taxpayers Association, and Deputy Chief of Staff for Councilman Chris Cate in San Diego. Jenna E. Harris holds an MBA in Marketing and Innovation from the University of Sioux Falls and a Bachelor's in Organizational Management from Point Loma Nazarene University.
