Oliver Blake is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in international security, trade consultancy, and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, Oliver also co-founded and directs Blake Evans & Co, a UK consultancy firm. As Vice Chairman of the Omani British Business Council and a Board Trustee of The British Omani Society, Oliver fosters strong commercial and cultural ties between the UK and Oman. Previous roles include Chair of the Industry Advisory Board for Cybersecurity at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and Non-Executive Director positions at Crossword Cybersecurity Plc and IDU Group. Oliver holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from Newcastle University, alongside additional educational credentials in social psychology and Arabic.
