Paul Clements is an experienced professional in architecture and design, currently serving as the Head of Architecture & Design and Enterprise Architect at the British Library. Clements has held various leadership roles, including Director/Consultant at PITO Consulting and CTO of the Technology Division at Oakleigh Consulting. Previously, Clements served as CTO at istrat and as a Senior Researcher at Loughborough University. Clements earned a BSc (Hons) First in Combined Studies (Computing and Mathematics) from De Montfort University from 1977 to 1980, and completed education at Rushcliffe Comprehensive in West Bridgford from 1970 to 1977.
