Jason Mannix is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Director at The Brighton Pier Group PLC since March 2004, Jason oversees all aspects of HR management, including employment law advice, policy creation, recruitment, and employee engagement. In March 2021, Jason established Mannix HR, a private consultancy offering generalist HR advice, HR health checks, GDPR audits, and management training, drawing on a strong educational background with a Master's Degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Brighton and an LLB (Hon's) Law Degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Previous experience includes the role of Personnel Manager at Britannia Hotels from November 1996 to February 2003. Jason currently collaborates with two companies in London and Ashford.
