Rocio Santos, M.S. Ed, M.S. HS, is an experienced professional in the field of human services and education, currently serving as the Program Director Neighborhood Navigator at The Bridge since September 2023. Rocio has previously held key leadership positions, including Director at East Side House Settlement from September 2019 to August 2023, and Program Coordinator at the Violence Intervention Program, Inc. from July 2015 to November 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Community Outreach Coordinator at Brightside Academy and Quality Manager at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services. Rocio holds a Master's degree in Human Services and a Master of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching, both from Capella University.
