Abby Michelson Porth serves as the Executive Director of the LSP Family Foundation since January 2020, focusing on mental health innovations for vulnerable populations. As Co-Founder of The Memory Garden, established the first sacred Jewish memorial space for those grieving from fertility losses. Porth has held various leadership roles, including Officer on the Board of Trustees at The Brandeis School of San Francisco and Commissioner for the San Francisco Human Rights Commission. A long tenure at the Jewish Community Relations Council involved positions from Executive Director to Assistant Director. Additional board service includes the Congregation Emanu-El and San Francisco Interfaith Council. Porth's career began at the Anti-Defamation League as a Civil Rights Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Management from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in African American and African Studies and Sociology.
