Megan has been with The Bradley Center since 1993, when she started as a Child Development Specialist. Since 1997, she has been in the Quality Services Department. As the Administrator of Quality Services, Megan oversees information management/data analysis, safety/risk and regulatory compliance. She is the Safety Committee Chairperson and serves as a Family and Client Advocate.
Megan attended the College of Wooster where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is co-author of the article “Reduction of Physical Restraints in Residential Treatment Facilities” published in the Journal of Disability Policy Studies. Ms. Georges frequently participates in various state-developed workgroups and taskforces focused on meeting clients’ needs, regulatory interpretations, and regulation development.
