Sharon Jakob is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Recruiting, Development, and HR Strategy at The Bolton Group since February 2018. In this role, Sharon has developed and managed new employee onboarding programs and contributed to corporate growth strategies. Prior positions include Manager of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Senior Manager of Human Resources at Siebel Systems, and Director of Human Resources at Transmeridian Airlines, among others. Sharon holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Communications and Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University.
