Paula J. Boldt is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in career transition and human resources. Currently serving as HR Coordinator II at The Boldt Company since January 2023, Paula previously held the position of Career Transition Practice Leader at KerberRose, where responsibilities included leading outplacement and retirement readiness programs while managing a team of consultants. Prior to that role, Paula worked as a Career Transition Consultant at both KerberRose and The H.S. Group, providing personalized career coaching and developing training materials for a diverse clientele. Earlier positions included Safety and Wellness Manager at Trega Foods Inc., Sales at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance, and Insurance and Safety Coordinator for Winnebago County. Paula holds an AAS degree in Human Resources from Fox Valley Technical College.
