Annika Schuller-Rach is an accomplished Operational Excellence Manager at The Boldt Company since November 2022, with previous experience as an Organizational Development Manager and Project Manager at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. from May 2015 to November 2022. Annika has managed diverse projects, including a 6-story student housing apartment, and has extensive project management expertise encompassing estimating, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and owner communication. Annika's commitment to sustainable building practices is evident from their volunteer role as Co-Chair of the Southeast Region at the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance and their project involvement in LEED-certified developments. Annika holds an M.S. in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, both from Marquette University.
