Jennifer Ottmann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Strategic Business Valuation and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in Marketing/Economics, both from McMaster University. Currently serving as Vice President of Food & Beverage at The Boca Raton since May 2024, Jennifer also held the position of Director of Operations at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group from April 2023 to May 2024. Prior to these roles, Jennifer was the Executive Director of Food and Beverage at The Boca Raton from November 2021 to April 2023.
