Hayley Leake (Barrington) currently serves as General Counsel at The Big Table Group, a prominent restaurant organization, since August 2020. Additionally, Hayley has been a Career Mentor at the University of Exeter since May 2019. Previously, Hayley held the position of General Counsel at Casual Dining Group from January 2018 to July 2020, and at Burford Capital from January 2011 to December 2017, where responsibilities included Director, Corporate Counsel, and Company Secretary. Hayley's earlier experience includes roles as Chief Legal Officer at BSM, Commercial Counsel at Curtis Banks, Solicitor at Burges Salmon LLP, Trainee Solicitor at Lester Aldridge LLP, and internships at Slaughter and May and White & Case LLP. Hayley holds an LLB in Law from the University of Exeter, a Chartered Company Secretary qualification from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, and a LPC in Law from Bournemouth University.
