Brin Cronin is an experienced manager with a strong background in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as Epos Team Manager and Epos and Stock Project Manager at The Big Table Group since February 2021, Brin previously held various roles at Casual Dining Group from May 2013, including EPOS & Stock Manager and General Manager. In this position, Brin achieved significant sales growth, surpassing sales and profit budgets, and earned recognition as a shortlisted candidate for General Manager of the Year. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Mitchells & Butlers, where responsibilities included staff training coordination and ensuring customer satisfaction, and Store Manager at Costa Coffee, focusing on staff training and operational management. Brin holds a Bachelor of Technology from Barnfield Technology College and has a BII personal license.
