Sobia Iqbal is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Sobia currently serves as the Head of HR & OD at The Big Life Group since August 2022 and as a Board Trustee for Streetbikes since March 2024. Prior to these positions, Sobia worked as an HR Manager at Millennium Support from March 2019 to August 2022 and held roles as HR Officer and HR Assistant at AdviserPlus and Asda, respectively. Sobia's career began at Connect Housing in Leeds, where Sobia served as Corporate Secretary and Housing Officer from November 2012 to August 2017. Sobia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Bradford, completed in 2012.
