Dean Fencott has extensive experience in education and community outreach, currently serving as Group Learning Manager and Training Programme Manager at The Big Issue since May 2022. Prior to this, Dean worked as a Vendor Outreach Worker at The Big Issue Foundation Trading Company Limited from January to May 2022, and held multiple roles at The Big Issue from January 2017 to January 2022, focusing on operations and outreach. Dean's earlier career included self-employment in community creative education management from 1995 to 2021, and a role as Curriculum Manager at Access to Music from 2005 to 2016. Additional experience includes lecturing at Heart of Worcestershire College and serving as Area Manager at The Amulet Group. Dean Fencott's academic qualifications include a Level 4 Certificate in Management, a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, and an Advanced Diploma in Music Technology, all from Access Creative College.
