Cairo Bradshaw Koritz, MSIOP, MHR, SPHR, has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Starting from 2006, Cairo worked as a Training Manager at Cbeyond - now a Birch Company. In 2009, Cairo joined TelePacific Communications (now TPx Communications) as the Director of Human Resources for Learning and Development, eventually rising to the position of Vice President for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Development from 2017 to 2020. Alongside these roles, Cairo held a position as an Advisory Board Member at Women Tech Council from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, Cairo served as the VP of Human Resources at MX until February 2023. Cairo also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at EngageOrg from 2020 and remained an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine since 2022. Currently, Cairo holds the role of SVP of People at The Better Being Co. since March 2023.

Cairo Bradshaw Koritz, MSIOP, MHR, SPHR, SVP/CPO, has a strong education background in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Cairo completed a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University in 2007. Prior to that, Cairo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field of study from San Diego State University in 2005. Currently, Cairo is pursuing a Masters in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, with an expected completion year of 2023.
