Josh Mills is an experienced Industrial Psychologist and HR Business Partner currently working at The BEST Group Ltd. since January 2025. Previously, Josh held the position of Talent Manager at Dariel from August 2023 to December 2024, and served in various roles including People Operations Lead, People Business Partner, and Industrial Psychology Intern at Vertice Software Solutions from February 2020 to July 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Pretoria in 2019 and a Help Desk Assistant at Optimi Classroom in late 2018. Josh holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
