Rui Monteiro is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources development. Currently serving at The Berner Group since April 2019, Rui Monteiro focuses on aligning human resources with business needs and driving continuous improvement through effective selection and development processes. Previous roles include HR Consultant for Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain at Msearch, and positions at Luz Saúde involving recruitment, selection, and training of new employees.
