Jeff Paulson is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in mechanical design and leadership within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at The Bergmann Group since October 2018, Jeff is tasked with developing department standards, procedures, and training. Previously, Jeff held dual roles as CEO/General Manager and Engineering Manager at Systems Integrators LLC. from June 2000 to September 2018, where efforts focused on leading a cross-functional engineering team and enhancing profitability. Jeff's early career includes significant roles as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Honeywell and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and as a design engineer at FMC Corporation, Hughes Aircraft Company, and Volvo Group. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Phoenix.
