Larry Stepanek has extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control roles within the engineering and construction sectors, particularly in nuclear and power plant projects. Currently employed at FST Technical Services as a QA/QC Technician since November 2023, Larry also serves as a QA/QC Manager at Worley and has held supervisory positions with the same company. Concurrently, Larry is a QA/QC Manager at Jacobs and has been a Surveillance Inspector at The Bergaila Companies and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation since October 2017. Previous experience includes a Field Welding Engineer position with Fluor Corporation and CB&I, as well as roles in quality assurance and quality control at Chance Mfg, PIC Group, Inc., and Great Plains Mfg, where Larry served as a Quality Assurance Manager for nearly a decade. Education was completed at Linn High School.
