John Hearn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and engagement. Currently serving as Market President at The Benefit Company since May 2009, John Hearn provides innovative leadership and guidance on self-funded employee benefit strategies aimed at maximizing employee satisfaction while minimizing costs. Prior to this role, John Hearn worked as Managing Director at Univers, a Goldman Sachs Capital Partners Company, from 2005 to 2009, focusing on employee engagement and benefit communications. From 1994 to 2003, John Hearn held the position of Market Manager in both Atlanta and Phoenix for Unum. John Hearn holds a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
