Hamad Salmeen serves as the Product Development and Business Services Manager for Innovation & UX at The BENEFIT Company, where responsibilities include managing digital channels such as BenefitPay and the national Payment Gateway, significantly enhancing user experiences. Under Hamad's leadership, the BenefitPay App has achieved the status of the top financial app in Bahrain, boasting over 800,000 active monthly users and supporting Fawri+ with over 25 million monthly transactions. Additionally, Hamad holds part-time instructor positions at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance and the University of Bahrain, focusing on Digital Transformation, Project Management, and IT topics. Hamad earned a Master of Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain.
