Gabriela Saade is an accomplished advisor at The Behavioural Insights Team since March 2022, specializing in mixed-method evaluations and coaching city governments on evaluation techniques. Previously, as an Associate Advisor, Gabriela conducted research and promoted evaluations among city governments. Gabriela has been involved with the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper, where notable contributions included leading the Shapers for Venezuela project and participating as a guest panelist at the 2019 Annual Meeting. Gabriela's experience includes fellowship at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, analytical roles at Mathematica and Economist Impact, and research consultancy at Results for America and the Inter-American Development Bank. Gabriela holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
