Randy Martin has extensive experience in safety management within the construction industry, currently serving as the Safety Director at The Beaver Excavating Co. since May 2009, where multiple recognitions include the prestigious 1st Place in the Associated General Contractors of America/Willis Construction Safety Excellence Awards for the Federal and Heavy Division in 2012, achieved alongside zero recordable injuries that year. Prior to this role, Randy Martin was the Safety Director at W.G. Fairfield Co. from January 1983 to February 2009, starting as a master mechanic and job site supervisor, and successfully attaining zero injury status by 2003 for a BWC Penalty Rated company.
