Carlton Stewart is a dedicated educator and administrator with extensive experience in middle school leadership and athletic program management, currently serving as the 6th Grade Dean of Students and Middle School Athletic Director at Baylor School since July 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of student life, student behavior, athletic programs, and summer camp offerings, successfully generating over $1M in revenue in 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Athletics at Oak Hill School, where management of numerous sports teams and aftercare programs was essential. Carlton holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Mathematics from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture from The University of Georgia, complemented by roles as a teacher and coach throughout the educational journey.
