Olga Bailess is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong background in Spanish language instruction and program management. Currently serving as the World Language Department Chair and Spanish Teacher at The Bay School of San Francisco since August 2011, Olga develops comprehensive lesson plans and engages students through interactive activities. Previous teaching roles include positions at The Marin School, Bowling Green University, Alabama University, LA Valley College, and the University of Utah, where Olga designed and implemented language courses and programs. Additional experience as an Assistant Director at CM Copiadoras Multifuncionales and a Foreign Language Manager for the Salt Lake City School District highlights skills in team management and strategic planning. Olga holds a Master of Arts in Language Pedagogy and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems.
