Anthony Rispoli is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as Head of Consumer – Corporate & Private Equity at The Barton Partnership since September 2024. In this role, Rispoli leads the Consumer Goods practice within the North American office of the award-winning executive recruitment firm. Prior to this position, Rispoli held various roles at Adison Partners from July 2017 to August 2024, including Senior Director and Director of Global Executive Search, focusing on the recruitment of innovative leaders. Rispoli's experience also includes a role as Global Senior Executive Recruiter at Vaco from May 2016 to July 2017 and an internship at the Mental Health Association of Essex County. Rispoli earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
