Sue Mitchell is an experienced Executive Career Consultant and Program Manager at The Barrett Group, where responsibilities include executive career coaching, program development, and management consulting since 2011. Previously, Sue served as Vice President and Training & Career Consultant at GCM / The CS Team, focusing on career strategy and outplacement services. With a diverse background in education, Sue has worked as a cultural exchange teacher, content specialist, senior lecturer, and program director in various institutions, including Auckland University of Technology and NorthTec. In addition to their academic roles, Sue co-owned and managed Mahana Flowers, a significant floriculture operation in New Zealand. Sue holds a Master of Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Massey University, alongside a BA and Diploma in Teaching from The University of Auckland.
