John Latimer Barclay has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. John Latimer began their career as an Attorney at Blank Rome in 1988, where they worked until 1997. In 1991, Barclay founded their own company, The Barclay Group, where they served as President for an unspecified duration. In 2000, they became President of J.S. BRADDOCK AGENCY, a position they held until at least 2018. In December 2018, Barclay took on the role of President at Strategic Agency Partners, where they are currently employed.

John Latimer Barclay Group attended Bucknell University from 1981 to 1985, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science. John Latimer then went on to the University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
