Anderson Henry has extensive experience in mechanical maintenance and leadership roles, with a career spanning over three decades at The Barbados Light & Power Company Limited, where Anderson has held positions including Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Mechanical Technician, and Mechanic Fitter since December 1992. In addition to technical roles, Anderson has demonstrated leadership in various organizations, serving as Secretary at Central Fund Facility Trust from July 2016 to April 2023, a Board member at Barbados Sustainable Energy Cooperative Society Limited from July 2020 to July 2021, and as President of The Light & Power Employees Cooperative Credit Union Ltd from March 2018 to May 2021, as well as the Barbados Cooperative and Credit Union League Ltd from October 2016 to October 2018.
