Sean McCarthy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and law. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Aegis Arbitration and the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Woander, Sean also holds positions at ArbTech as Co-Founder and Moderator, and as a Member of the Legal Tech Think Tank at the Vienna International Arbitral Centre. As Co-Chair of Young Practitioners Arbitration Ireland and a member of the Legal Working Group at Blockchain Ireland, Sean actively contributes to the legal community. With qualifications including a Master of Laws in Commercial and Investment Arbitration and a Barrister-at-law Degree, Sean is also a Barrister At Law with The Bar of Ireland and an Attorney At Law in New York. Additionally, Sean is an Accredited Mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Irish Branch) and has previous experience as Deputy Counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce.
