Ron Mackey is the VP for Community Engagement at The Baptist Home. Ron has been in this role since May of 2020. Prior to this, Ron served as the Lead Pastor at The Harbor Community Church from May of 2010 to May of 2020. Before that, Ron was the Senior Pastor at Windsor Baptist Church from July of 1997 to March of 2010.

Ron Mackey studied at Sulphur High School and Southeast High before completing a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory at East Central University. Ron then went on to study at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where they earned an MDIV in Church Theirtory.

Their manager is Rodney Harrison, President & CEO. They are on a team with Nathan Evans - Director of Marketing & Communications, Amber Stearns - Professional Assistant for Community Engagement, and Derek Tamm - Administrator, Ashland Missouri Campus.
